Flying up a new PELV Ventilation unit for an Elevator Modernization project that we are teamed up with Delta Beckwith Elevator on.

LOCAL HEALTHCARE FACILITY

When a local healthcare facility needed an exhaust fan installed for 524 CMR Compliance in their elevator hoistway, they knew who to call! Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc. managed the entire installation which had to take place on off-hours to minimize patient impact. We organized 7 separate trades, Electrical, Pipe-Fitters, Sheet-Metal, Elevator, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection, 4 in-house and 3 subcontractors to ensure a seamless installation. Thank you to our in house International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 Electricians, Local 17 Sheet Metal workers, and Local 537 Pipefitters, and Local 339 Carpenters for making this job happen. Special shout out to Cleary Elevator for providing the elevator mechanic, and 2 other contractors for their involvement. Job well done!
